Vettel was amazing in Q3, Ferraris are right behind, great day for Massa who was faster than Alonso. Great day also for Kubica and Sutil who made Q3, Sutil is the only one in the top ten to start on hard tires which may or may not be a factor.
Bad day for Schumacher, seventh and beaten by Nico Rosberg is certainly not how he wanted to start the week end. Much ado about nothing, it seems, with the Mclaren blower wing. That dog did not hunt today. Webber too, cannot be happy.
Special congratulations have to go to HRT's Karun Chandhok whose F1 debut was, amazingly, today! He did not get a chance to to turn any laps at all in practice and in an interview with Spain's La Sexta, said he has not had a real seat fitting and was still trying to learn all the control on the wheel!
Key for tomorrow, tire wear vs fuel consumption.

really appreciate the video. thank you
ReplyDeleteGood for Vettel!
ReplyDeleteI was not able to watch the qualifications today. So thanks for putting this, great work.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the race every body!
I still thought it was impressive for Schumi to qualify seventh. I think he has a big target on his back from Rubens on fresh tires!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if anyone will run out of fuel!?
Great video guys... we've linked to it.

I dont think Schumacher's return is a disappointment, he was only slightly off Rosberg's pace with, give him a couple of races to get his bearings and to get the car to turn how he wants, then we will see the return of his speed.
ReplyDeleteJonathan, you forgot two mention that'll it'll take Schumacher a few races to get himself in a superior car to his team mate.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see the best driver on pole for a change. Hope he wins.
