Right car, wrong planet...
Both the laws of physics and the laws of man being, in fact, a reality means that one of the few places on the planet to drive your new Bugatti Veyron at its top speed (for all of 12 minutes before the gas runs out) is VW's secret test track in Ehra-Lessien. After watching this week's episode of Top Gear, I found the spot on Google maps....enjoy exploring!
