Bumper Cars at the Glen

I'll be honest, the only time I can stand to watch NASCAR is when they burn their "tars" on a real race course. They still crash into each other all the time, just like on the ovals though. On a side note, that has to be the biggest safety worker on the planet in the blue jumper.

  1. Yea, it is fun to watch cars sliding around corners like F1 of old days. Makes me wish they would get rid of the big rear wings we have today.

These guys are sure lucky they have modern safety equipment. Those were some serious shunts. I'd be surprised if they didn't have concussions to some degree.

  5. What's up with these people (and I saw highlights of a GT race during this NASCAR coverage of the same thing)taking their helmets off before exiting the car on the circuit? Madness....
