Bernie Ecclestone ended up in a London hospital with head injuries after being kicked and punched by muggers right outside F1 management's office building.
Four attackers relieved the 80 year old Ecclestone and his 31 year old Brazilian girlfriend of something like $300,000 worth of jewelry.
Just a few weeks back, Ecclestone had suggested London streets were more dangerous than Brazil's.
Bernie is a tough ol bird and was back to work later in the day so I'm guessing the robber's days are now numbered.
