Low Blow for Ferrari

In preparation for the Valencia Grand Prix, Ferrari tested a new version of the F10 with a heavily revised rear section on its Fiorano test track yesterday.

As you can see from this picture, the visibly slick F10"b" has had its exhaust moved below the belt line like the Red Bull RB6. The exhaust blowing into the diffuser area adds to volume of air processed increasing downforce without a drag penalty.

  1. Excuse my ignorance, but I thought there was a test ban? Doesn't look like a straight line test in the clip.

  2. FiA....Ferrari International Assistance. Note their silence!

  3. There is a very limited amount of kms you can do, for filming tv ads.

    That's what Ferrari did.

  4. awesome motor....wonder what the top speed is?
