Silly us... the Nordschleife is now only seven miles long. It has to be since it's written on one of the "real" car web sites, "The Truth about cars.com". I guess that explains how the ZR1 was able to set such a low time... and now we know the truth about that! (grin)...Someone might have to point this out but at the moment of its greatest economic problems, GM has managed to produce two cars that by a measure which used to be exclusively Porsche's or BMW's are worldbeaters, the CTS-V and the ZR1. Awesome and bittersweet.

I guess this marks the maturation of the N'Ring "brand," since this type of demand-increase is what seems to occur when every other brand becomes fashionable and mature.
