  1. That driving is about 10x better than anything ken block has ever done

  2. The problem with the proposal is that Stefan Roser actually had talent. As a result, he managed to keep that beast of a car on the road. Ken on the other hand struggles to keep his modern and extremely advanced Fiesta away from the cliff edges.

  3. Where's the noise? Not only is it too quiet, but it's ugly as well and I'm not talking the paint job. This is what I fear next years F1 cars will sound like. We are entering an era of quiet race cars and it leaves me cold. I might have turn to drag racing. Noise is a big part of the excitement of racing as far as I'm concerned.

  5. I completely agree. Since when does noise hurt the environment as well?

The sound of the cars is a big part of the spectacle which is why I never see Formula E really taking off. I'm hoping they're just overdoing the hybrid thing like they did in the aero era of F1 a few years ago and will scale it back over time as the technology improves.

  6. What in the hell is the engine? Flat-plane-crank V8 Turbo? Flat four turbo? Sounds totally foreign to me... Mistook it for a diesel before he got onto the backstraight. And that blowoff sound is ridiculous, in a shocking and wonderful way.

  7. That sounds like new clean diesel tech to me. Those shift points are darn close and at low revs. My money says Porsche is going to Le Mans with an oil burner.

  8. I've heard the Audi LMP1 'live' and it is incredibly quiet. It kind of glides past.

  10. I'm pretty sure Ken Block has talent.
