did someone know what is the function of new "flap/visor" that all f1 helmets drivers are using? Is a aero thing to keep the lid visor closed at hi speed?
I believe it's extra protection to try and prevent the same injury that Massa received from hitting that spring. It wasn't on helmets until after he had his accident.
What's the bet there was nothing wrong with the steering and he just couldn't be bothered? ;-)
